HR Manager

Purpose of position: To develop HR management policies and standards across the entire plant, aligned with the company’s development strategy, in collaboration with the management board and leadership team, with a particular focus on processes such as recruitment, employee competency development, motivation, development planning, incentive systems, and payroll processes.
Your responibilities:
- Overseeing all human resources management processes in cooperation with the HR team, management, and employees, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and automotive standards.
- Implementing new HR initiatives and developing existing ones in accordance with the company’s overall business strategy, including policies, procedures, and systems.
- Planning (monitoring levels of) employment, managing recruitment and selection processes (both internal and external), and cooperating with external agencies.
- Planning and supervising compensation, financial incentive systems, and benefit programs; developing compensation structures and job leveling.
- Ensuring accurate payroll calculation and handling HR and payroll-related matters, including cooperation with authorities and payroll controls.
- Assessing training and development needs of employees, creating training budgets based on employee needs and business requirements, and overseeing the implementation of internal and external training programs.
- Implementing solutions aimed at career path planning and continuous employee development (including on-the-job training and self-education).
- Coordinating the employee evaluation process, linked to monitoring individual performance and goal achievement.
- Caring for the work environment and organizational culture in cooperation with management, employee organizations, and staff, fostering dialogue with employees.
- Ensuring compliance with SMETA, TISAX, IATF standards, and customer requirements within HR processes, ethics, collaboration with employee organizations, and data protection.
- Overseeing payroll and benefits budgets, employment, training, social benefit funds (ZFŚS), and HR KPIs.
Our requirements:
- Higher education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Understanding of all HR processes and the ability to implement them within an organization.
- Very good knowledge of labor law.
- Ability to calculate wages.
- Teamwork skills, planning, coordinating, and organizing company-wide tasks.
- Advanced level of English.
